Drys\u00a0 med frisk mynte og koriander<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Sk\u00e6r kyllingel\u00e5rene i mindre stykker, og vend dem med 2 spsk. majsstivelse i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Steg dem i halvdelen af olien p\u00e5 en godt varm pande i ca. 10 min. til de er gyldne og gennemstegte.<\/li>\n<li>Krydr med salt, og tag dem af panden.<\/li>\n<li>Pil hvidl\u00f8g og hak dem fint.<\/li>\n<li>Skr\u00e6l ingef\u00e6ren, og riv den fint.<\/li>\n<li>Steg begge dele i resten af olien p\u00e5 panden i nogle min. sammen med hoisinsauce, sojasauce og farin, til det hele smelter sammen.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r resten af majsstivelse ud i vandet i en lille sk\u00e5l, og h\u00e6ld det derefter p\u00e5 panden.<\/li>\n<li>Lad saucen simre, til den tykner.
