Tils\u00e6t evt. lidt mere olivenolie.<\/li>\n<li>Halver tomaterne og kom dem og champignonerne i fadet med m\u00f8rbrad<\/li>\n<li>Kom lidt vand i bunden af fadet og drys med salt og peber.<\/li>\n<li>Dryp lidt balsamico over og kom retten i ovnen ved de 200 grader, til k\u00f8det har en tp. p\u00e5 ca. 70 grader, \u00a0det tager ca 30-40 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Kartofler:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kog kartoflerne i letsaltet vand i ca 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tjek om de er f\u00e6rdige ved at se, om spidsen af en kniv let glider af.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld vandet fra, og kom kaqrtoflerne i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r dem evt i mindre stykker , f\u00f8r du vender dem i pesto.<\/li>\n<li>Kom rucolaen i lige f\u00f8r servering, s\u00e5 undg\u00e5r du at salaten blliver slatten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Tag fra:<\/em> <\/strong>Tag en halv til en hel m\u00f8rbrad fra til dagen efter. Gem ogs\u00e5 tiloversblevne tomater og champignoner til n\u00e6ste dags gryderet.
