Nip og skyl jordb\u00e6rrene. Kog rabarber og jordb\u00e6r i 4 dl vand i ca. 10 minutter. Mos med en kartoffelmoser (min er fra Tupperware). Si saften gennem et saftkl\u00e6de (eller brug kaffefiltre). S\u00f8rg for at der dryppes godt af. Afm\u00e5l saften, tils\u00e6t sukkeret og kog s\u00e5 saften op. saften skal koge indtil al sukkeret er opl\u00f8st. Tag 1\/2 dl af den varme saft og r\u00f8r atamonen ud deri, og tils\u00e6t det dern\u00e6st til resten af saften. Saften h\u00e6ldes p\u00e5 varme atamonskyllede\u00a0flasker\u00a0og lukkes t\u00e6t med det samme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obs at det er n\u00f8dvendigt at tils\u00e6tte non-oxal til saft, gr\u00f8d og kompot for at neutralisere den let skadelige oxalsyre, der findes i rabarber (og spinat).
