Chicken: 1 chicken at 1.2-1.5 kg, 1 tbsp. oil, 2 tbsp. bq sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1-2 tsp. chilli pepper, 2 tbsp. olive oil
Vegetables: 6 medium potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 broccoli, ½ head of cauliflower, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. salt, if necessary. 1 cup black olives
"Sauce": Greek yogurt (10%), possibly. seasoned with a little crushed garlic and salt
The chicken: Rinse chicken inside and dry with paper towels. Share chicken into 8 dele.Bland oil and barbeque sauce and coat the chicken on both the outside and inside. Sprinkle with salt and finally an even layer of paprika over the chicken pieces.
Gøntsager: Wash and scrub the potatoes. Share them in both. Peel the carrots and cut them into thick slices. Rinse broccoli and cauliflower. Share them in small bouquets. Peel and cut into wedges. Mix the vegetables with oil and salt and spread the vegetables around the chicken.
Distribute any. olives over.
Fry the middle of the oven about. 30-40 min. Check whether the meat is done by pricking with a trussing needle as close to the femur as possible and see if the juices are clear and transparent.
Serve immediately with the Greek yogurt (possibly. Flavored with crushed garlic and salt.)
